Why is my result not accurate?

In case you see someone on the list that actually follows you back, this means you missed the very important step where you have to specify 'All time' for Date range.

How it works?

Tap Accounts Center in Instagram settings

Select All time date range and JSON format

Upload the downloaded zip file to Nonfollowers

Detailed instructions:

Tap your profile picture in the bottom right corner to go to your profile, then tap menu in the top right corner.
Tap Accounts Center.
Tap Your information and permissions.
Tap Export your information.
Tap Create export, then tap Export to device.
Tap Customzie information.
Clear all the sections by tapping Clear all, and select only Followers and following, then tap Save.
Make sure to select the following (IMPORTANT):

Date range: select All time.
Format: select JSON.
note: Notify and Media quality leave the default selections.
Tap Start export.

You will receive an email in the next couple of minutes or more (depends on the size of your audience, it could take longer) with subject line Your Meta information download is ready, open the email and tap export your information.
Follow the instructions to download your file.
Once you have it downloaded, upload the file to get the results.
note: the file will be a zip file, do not unzip it.
